Dual intank fuel pump help

I'm needing to build a hanger to mount dual intank walbro pumps into my fuel cell with 16 bolt oval fill plate. Now for wiring I was thinking about wiring a bulkhead into that plate but would like to do something better. So what do you guys suggest or know of for a fuel resistant wiring bulkhead or way to run wires through fill plate to wire a plug for power to pumps.

there are a lot of u4 guys who have ran that setup with out any issues.

I have walbro 255 pumps. I'm gonna just fab a hanger that bolt onto the bottom of the fill plate with mounts for hose clamps around fuel ops to hold them at bottom of cell inside my sump tank I got to keep them in fuel which return lines will have hose to dump into sump tank as well.
