Door mounting question

Do i mount the frame flush with 2x4, or flush wi5h stucco? Not sure how the bottom aluminum is supposed to be.

Also, tips for the broken concrete in the corner?

Mount it with the inside edge of the jamb flush with interior surface (Sheetrock). Make some jamb extensions/filler strips on the out side to bring it flush to the exterior surface.

I was going to say clean all that shit out of there and insulate that cavity, seal it and install flashing. 2x on flush with the sheet rock

For the concrete, I’d say break out more (what’s questionable); form it and tie a repair piece in
