Why even start? My kids are in their 20s and couldn't care less as far as I know. They never got into Harry Potter either.
I like the 2nd and 3rd prequals a little more after watching the clone wars cartoons. It adds a lot more depth to the stories that gets left out in the movies.OG 3, and forget the rest.
I sent a box set of the prequels to Good Will a month ago- there is zero chance I will ever in this life want to watch that crap again.
You're getting them confused, that's Captain Picard you're thinking of. Common mistake. The ones with professor X are the best.
I feel so at home here. There are only 7 Star Wars movies, 1-6 and Rogue 1 (3.5?). I was surprised to see so many think the same, no one I work with or regularly talk to does.
It looks like the consensus is start with 6 and some of us are nerds.
Klingons, dumbassThe ones with professor X are the best.
If they made an Episode 1 without Jar Jar binks, that'd be awesome.
Outstanding suggestion.Didn't see an option for the correct answer in the poll. The Robot Chicken one would also be acceptable.
Guess I'm to odd one here, 4-6 for sure. And I'd skip 1-3 and watch 7-9 any day.
Did like Roque 1, Solo not as much.
Prequels, yes. What chaps my ass is the fact that everyone in this thread (including me, and except for the autistic dude) has watched them all.

Anyone watch any of the fan made stuff? This was pretty cool and puts disneys shit to shame. I think the thing that pisses me off is that Disney was handed a bad ass universe to build on and shit on it. The only explanation is they did it on purpose.
Its fucking entertainment dude. Well, Star Wars use to be at least.I’m the type of nerd who has seen all of this shit, read a bunch or fantasy and sci-fi too. I’ve spent literal years of my life consuming this stuff. Never once has it helped me do anything actually important.
Use the time to teach them how to tie knots, or cook, or build a birdhouse or something.
So they won’t get some references. Happens to me all the time with that Yellowstone show. Apparently some dude named rip kills people at a train station? How the fuck does that help me?
