So were they all either Plant eater or meat eater ? Were there any omnivouous ones ? Canines cutting teeth AND flat plant grinding molars in the same jaw ? Like a Racoon or some monkeys or man ? Not counting the tiny little ones that got stepped on and squished . . . .or ones in the ocean.

Were there any herbivors that were aquatic ? All I see are huge nasty ones with huge teeth. Arghhhhh.

racoons are unchanged since dinosaur times. :flipoff2:

how many birds, shark, 'gators, lizards, whales, fish are omnivores today

Dude, birds eat like only seeds mannnn.:flipoff2:

Actually our chickens will eat anything. Moving, not moving, lizards, beetles...too big? Smash it on a rock till it goes down! A lot of opportunistic feeders are omnivorous.

are chickens smart enough to know that seed isn't bugs that don't move

in that case, i'll say there most certainly were omnivore dino's :flipoff2:

What i learned in church-

The earth is 12k-20k years old. Dinosaurs existed. Most were too big to get on Noah's ark, so they drowned. Carbon dating is man-made and thus wrong. They really don't know if a bone is 10 thousand or 10 million years old. Gators had room on the ark.... golocktaglocktaplusasaur did not.

Also, before the great flood, people lived to be hundreds of years old because there was no rain cycle and all of earth's moisture was in the atmosphere. Blocking harmful rays of the sun. After the great flood (which was the first real rain on earth) this moisture barrier depleted- thus exposing us all to life shortening radiation.

I'm not making this up. This is not hyperbole. This is what I learned.

Are you being serious? I can't tell if this is a joke.

In related news, when my kid is old enough I'm going to try to convince him Jurassic Park was real.

You can do it. I convinced my ex-wife the Cahokie Mounds outside of St Louis was a dormant volcano. Damn she was really pretty... but really dumb!!

Lizards bring us together. It is wonderful. Killing time until midnight tomorrow at latest when they call the election. Just never seen nor heard bout anything dino that was not either a killer or a grazing pussy. Again, great thinking minds here come through for me. :ghost: Chickens, Yeah. Well no shit that is about right. Well then, the media has twisted and romanticized the non glamorous working everyday sauropods. It aint right. I have no clairvoyance through {gary}

I watch lizards on the back fence. Saw a Jay almost snatch one a short while ago. Bellydraggers. It's rough out there
