Dead Axial Wraith?

Hey guys I have a question about my Wraith. A few years ago my son smoked the transmission and the steering servo. I replaced the steering servo with a cheap high torque unit just like the one I had in it and the transmission with a two speed unit from the LHS. It ran good for a few days but just kinda died all of a sudden. Now all it will do is sit and twitch the front servo back and forth. I don't have a BEC on it and I'm wondering if I fried my speed controller or something. Any Ideas on what I should be looking at?

My Bomber did that when one of the servos went bad. Unplug the steering servo and see if the car moves with the throttle. If not try the shift servo next. Mine ended up being the steering servo and I was 100% sure I fried the receiver or speed controller.

If you didn't resolve this it sounds very much what happened with my Wraith Spawn- I had to update the ESC (I used a Hobbywing 1080) to provide a higher voltage/ amperage for the steering servo.
