There was a time way back when that I had some friends who worked for Enterprise. All manner of stock vehicle was tested in pismo. I was most impressed with what a stock liberty could do with 8psi in the tires, but a crew cab long bed super duty was close second.
CCLB Super Duty’s do decent off road because the front and rear axles are in different zip codes, so one always has traction.
In 2wd they will get stuck in sand a Civic could drive through, and if you’re in mud, don’t let them stop moving.
