Crusty Dutch over bread

Got asked to post this in the cooking forum. I have been making this bread for a while. Its stupid simple and a fan favorite. On the second bake time after you remove the lid I do 10 minutes. I also kneed the dough a bit before I let it sit as well even though the instructions dont mention a need for it just my thing. Oh yea its very important to bring you Dutch oven up to proper temp. Put it in when your over turns on and leave it there for a while after you’re up to temp. I have done a few loafs where I pulled the dutch over out when the main over was preheated and the bread ended up being under cooked a bit. I now leave it in the oven at least 15 minutes after the over preheat is done hope you enjoy
