LOL. It came that way. That's as clean as it will ever be.

easy. soak it down with castrol super clean, then blast with a hot water pressure washer, cold works just okay. repeat until all the grime is gone. then hose it liberally with armor-all, and use compressed air to blow the it into all the little places and makes it coat evenly. done.

i do the super clean for interior carpets and seats as well, and armor-all the dash the same. dry out the interior after words takes some time.

my brother detailed car in college, thats how they did it. he also learned using steel wool 000 works amazing for cleaning windows.
