cj5- Swapping T15 with a T176

I found a T176 with a bell housing for a good price and am hopefully going to get it this weekend. It comes with the shifter and the clutch fork, but no clutch.

My jeep has the T15 3 speed and Dana20 t-case.

What do I need to get or do to make it work in my application? New clutch for T176, new anything...etc... or is it a drop it in and gas it kinda deal?

NEVERMIND.... WAS JUST RESEARCHING ALL OF THIS AND I'M WAISTING MY TIME....

A T176 has a 3.72:1 first gear. My T15 has a 3.0:1 1st gear... I'm not going through all this head ache for a mild improvement in gearing.... Back on the hunt for the allusive T18... FAWKING HELL!

T-176 would have needed a Dana 300 t-case, too. 2.63-1 low in those unless a 4-1 kit is installed. My friend has a '77 CJ-5 we swapped that combo into, much less of a gear to gear rpm drop, keeps it's 4.0l in it's powerband.
