I have been experimenting with "Nando's" Peri-Peri sauce-marinade. This shit will light you up and has a great flavor. It is Portuguese-African ( Mozambique) in origin. Trust me; go for the mild for your first encounter. I use the 1 ltr. Valentina sauce in my brine/marinade for whole chickens. Valentina is under $2 a liter at Wallyworld. :stirthepot:

These are my current go to sauces. Pepper North does a pretty good jalapeno one as well, but haven't been able to find it lately.

My tolerance for heat has gone to shit over the last 5 years, so mostly milder stuff in my fridge - Tapiato, Cholula(green&red), Valentina's, plus the ones above.

that Solar Flare sounds good. I like the fruity heat of mango or pineapple and habanero..

This is my go to

My go to has always been Tapatio. I buy the biggest bottle they sell at the local grocery stores. I hate hot sauces that taste like vinegar

Standard issue in my fridge is a giant bottle of tapatio, extra hot valentina, cholula and a big bottle of the rooster, regular sriracha.

As far as fishy, some friends just brought me a bottle of "Mi Madre hot sauce" from Puerto Rico. Its probably the only hot sauce i flat out refuse to eat again.

Ive got a giant collection hot sauces, off the top of the point on my head........

#1 as far as heat,
Bumblefoots Bumblefcked. That shit taists like satan pissing battery acid down your throat. I generally only use for those people that claim there so tough and can handle anything.

#1 mix of mild heat and flaver,
Viking Dam Hot Pepper Sauce from St Lucia. I order it by the case.

#1 light your ass up but also taste so good you force yourself to eat more,
Golden Toad Extinction, made somewhere in Colorado. I keep bottles of this stashed all over, a little shot of it every now and then is better then chugging a redbull.

I think you have the taste buds of a fish. Cholula is awesome!

I like both, each has there own place. Add Tapatio.

I like both Tap or Val. My favorite hot sauce is Mrs. Renfroes ghost pepper salsa. It’s hotter than the Habanero sauce and tastes better. We eat a lot of hot sauce in our house.

This is amazing. Wifes friend makes it and sells through facebook's and instagram. I can't get enough, until I'm in meltdown mode. :hot: Small batch, all fresh stuff.

Wash it down with some of this.

500,000 Scovilles Vodka Bottling Note

They've done it again. Those awful, awful people at The 'Hot Enough' Vodka Co. have conjured up another monster. A monster twice as terrifying and evil as before. They have summoned forth the 500,000 Scovilles Naga Chilli Vodka from the fiery pits of Hades - those lamentable fiends!
Made with the infamous Naga Jolokia chillies (also known as Ghost chillies), they've created a vodka that tastes like it could well have been snatched from the hands of the Devil. The 20cl bottle (which is really more than you'll ever need) is emblazoned with an unsettling skull to scare you off and the canister it comes in is sealed to keep you out. Weighing in at a harrowing 500,000 Scovilles, you should fear it. Better yet, you should forget it.

I love really hot hot sauce, but if it doesn't have good flavor, there's no point.

This stuff is bomb

On a super hot day where you've been sweating your ass off, this stuff from Costa Rica is amazing too... But if it's a regular day, it's salty as fawk. When we surf down in Costa Rica I put it in everything breakfast lunch and dinner.
