I have been experimenting with "Nando's" Peri-Peri sauce-marinade. This shit will light you up and has a great flavor. It is Portuguese-African ( Mozambique) in origin. Trust me; go for the mild for your first encounter. I use the 1 ltr. Valentina sauce in my brine/marinade for whole chickens. Valentina is under $2 a liter at Wallyworld.
