So I ended up with my dads 98 3500hd. it runs 10 lug 19.5 wheels on it, are there any bolt on options to run a 20 or 22.5 wheel?

Ive heard that even the 10 lug fords used a large hub pilot thant the gm but have never had the opportunity to verify it.

I don't really like the 19.5 rims. I like tires that stay on the rim better. I was just curious if some of the motor homes had maybe used 20" rims that would bolt on. but I guess adapters is the only way.
I was also thinking of putting a d60 front in it, and curious what the conversions had used to run the 10 lug pattern. I guess they ran an adapter?
At this point I guess I'll stick with the 19.5's for now. just trying to get it functional again. had to reseal the injection pump on the 4bt in it, and then build a new set of injectors as well. been sitting for 4 or 5 years since my dad passed away.

That all makes sense, except that you also asked about 22.5s, which will be the same type of tire and wheel. Unless you're thinking about having them turned down to run 22" tires.

There is a thread here about the same issue. Looks like machining the rear to 8x6.5 and putting a D60 in the front would be your best bet.
