What's your prediction?
I was sincerely hoping the whole trial would be thrown out due to Water's remarks. How can the man get a fair trial in this country? I don't see how they could find 12 jurors that could be impartial.
What city will the riots...errrr peaceful protests begin?

Gotta have SOME sort of excuse for free stuff.

I can see the manslaughter charge sticking though and don't neccisarrily disagree with that charge. I can't see them proving he intended to assault Floyd as a requiment of the unintentional murder charge. After seeing the full video of what happened I definitely don't think he intended to kill him or even hurt him, but the complete lack of failure to render or call for aid likely ensured that Floyd died.

Either way I'm not exactly shedding any tears for Chauvin or Floyd.

He is fucked either way, and I think he deserves that.
My opinion is that he is guilty, no one deserves to die at the hand of a cop unless they are pointing a gun at them. Doesnt matter if the guy was a POS, high on drugs, or whatever.

Guilty on weaker charge of MS. 2 year sentence.
Immediate appeal filed. Appeal will be granted 100%, due to Judge specifically telling the state that if they mention the gas test done on Floyd it would be a mistrial, and later when the state's witness mentioned it, judge failed to deliver on mistrial.

If they don't erect a gallows in the courtroom and hang him immediately,

There were experts on both sides of this, I dont think we will ever know for certain what killed the guy. The cop sat on the guy for 9 minutes, Im not sure how you can ever justify that.
I had a 70lb kid stand on my neck similar to what was in the video of them restraining him and I can say it was not easy to breathe during that, it was only for about 15 seconds, I cant imagine a full grown man doing that for 9 minutes and it being survivable.

Are you fucking retarded? He died because of his health issues and drug use. The only reason Chauvin was convicted is becauze the jurors were afraid theyd be doxxed and hunted down. There was zero evidence that Chauvin did anything wrong. The best thing is now he gets an undeniable appeal because of that clown Waters.

Horse shit. He had his knee squarely in his back. It is a form of restraint taught at nearly every academy across the country. It allows you to restrain a combative individual while keeping your eyes on the surrounding area and your hands free in case you ned to react to a threat. Ive been restrained exactly like that and was fine and Im a bigger guy than he was. Yes its uncomfortable but restraint isnt meant to be. Chauvin and the other officers there were surrounded by an increasingly agitated mob. They didnt have the manpower to render aid and control the crowd. Its the exact reason the EMS crew did a scoop and run to get to a safe location to try and help him.
