Thinking about putting this sign in front of my place to hopefully slow people down a bit.



No I don't have a blind child.



Thoughts ?
 
They had one of those for both my buddy and I but it said Caution Deaf Child.

Didn't work though.
 
I have yet to slow down for any sign related to kids. If they are playing in the street they should know to get out when a car is coming. they should also know stop, look and listen, not just to blindly run into the road. Your kid gets mowed down, your a bad parent, I sleep fine at night, the world keeps burning.

Crown Vic sitting on side of road? Move it up down and around street. I know highway patrol will park empty cruisers around the freeway in spots you can see and put dummies in them on busy weekends around here.

Had those once somewhere else when the boys were little.

They didn't help and if nothing else made it worse.





Now I just throw stuff at cars and wait for the confrontation.

But they all know not to shit where they eat or where other people eat.



To many miles of open country roads to fuck around in neighborhoods.







Sorry you have to keep your animals tied up.




Apparently they're too dumb to know better.
 
The county doesn't want to bother with that...

at 7 months old he knows to stop before the end of the driveway and stay out of the ditch. Haven't had to change a diaper yet either.

buy the cheapest car you can find, in the middle of the night burn it in the middle of the road, asphalt is now destroyed, town shows up to fix, hey buddy while you're at it, problem solved

I used to have a neighbor who had had enough with people speeding up our street

He would park a car on the street in a way that obscured a driver’s view of his driveway as the driver approached. As a speeder approached, he would roll a ball down his driveway timing it where the ball rolled out right in front of the speeder. Several drivers just about shit themselves when they thought a kid was following right behind that ball. After a few “SLOW THE FUCK DOWN” from my large biker looking neighbor, people eventually slowed down
 
Go remove two of those rubber speed bumps in an area where they are not needed and install it where you want it. An impact with a 3/4” socket will get them up real quick.
 
Following this thread...have a similar problem and while spraying them with the hose is fun, I'm liable to get shot one day.
