I made one once a long time ago for a friend's wife. She wanted a pink one and couldn't get one.

Was for a cremation. The funeral home had all the info on what material to use and where to get the paint and hardware etc.
Had to be inspected ahead of time and got signed off and a number stamped onto it.

Probably 20 years ago and a different country so your mileage may vary. (!!!!!)

I thought the same…. It’s not as bad as it looks…. We bothe grabbed a side and easily picked it up…. Maybe 100lbs….. and she only weighs about 60-70 and dwindling (nothing to eat in 3 days)…..
