I'd really like to know what the Canadian government's definition of a black person is. I'll bet we have a lot more "black" people today than we before this was announced.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau today announced a new multi-million dollar program to help Black Canadians get business loans with national banks and said his government is looking at measures to tackle systemic racism in Canada.

It is racist to single out one group based upon their race and give them preferential treatment. Doesn't matter what race they are, its still racist. I was in a "cultural awareness" training class several years ago and the instructor started talking about "reverse racism", meaning people of color being racist against whites, mainly the old affirmative action laws. A black dude in the class says "What the fuck you talking about, racism is racism." He was/is completely right in his thinking.

wow! I can't believe that even in 2020 Canada had been actively denying black people assistance! Yay for captain blackface.

good thing the native reform schools ended this century a couple years back, welcome to where the world was nearly 100 years ago canada :)
