I’m looking to get some spare TRE’s for my Sami. I bought this thing built. There is a fair amount of Trail Tough on it, but hoping someone can positively ID what’s on here.

Clean the fitting off around the zirk. Often a part number stamped there.
Otherwise, if you measure the shank, taper, etc... there are charts to cross reference.

Probably 90s land cruiser fj80 tie rod ends

Looks different... if you need more let me know

Looks to small to be fj80. I'd guess it's track/kick knowing suzuki guys.

I have some stock pull offs I can look at when I get home if you remind me, they're yours if they'll work.

Mine came with a kit from zor parts mention fj80 tre, I don't know what they really sent

Back from the dead (sorry) but I just went through this with the sammy project i bought. My steering looks exactly like what you have and I deduced that it was a Trail Tough kit. I contacted them and was informed they use 1974 Ford Courier rod ends. I believe "front outer" is LH thread and "front inner" is RH thread if you search Rock Auto or similar website. TT also sells replacements.

Speaking of which, if anyone needs some Courier front brake backing plates/dust shields I discovered I have a pair when fucking around running part numbers on stuff I'd acquired over the years but didn't know what it went to.

Buyers market.

Every time I buy parts from a junkyard I be sure to ask them when the last time they saw a running <any one of my cars> was let alone had someone call about one.

I think I bought a new tie rod and drag link setup from Trail Tough. I can’t remember if I bought spare rod ends or not?
