I lost my job on Tuesday but I’m not too bent out of shape about it and it sounds like I’m going to bounce back fairly quickly from the phone calls I’m receiving.

The border still isn’t open
We have the Rona and it’s likely here to stay
Murder Whorenets didn’t kill us ded
Trump vs. Biden? To be determined? I have gave up following that crap
There is hardly any fn’ snow on the ground
We lost 007
Nobody locally has good stock on C9 Christmas bulbs FFS

Do we get a snowmageddon that kills power for three weeks?

At least the weather's holding out around here. Not too cold and only raining on weekends/holidays

What's the reason you are staying in a big expensive city, instead of a small mining town with good pay, low cost of living and more work than there are people? (Question is directed at anyone who lives in huge cities).

Yes, it could get worse.

I’m convinced we’re about to have nothing but bad times ahead of us.

This.

The Dems are creating their dream utopia. Our governor here in California is hell bent on making sure that he destroys every small business in the state and drag large corporations to their knees. This is a common theme among Dems across the nation.

We’re headed for one of the greatest recessions that this nation has ever seen. People are being forced to stay home right now because they’re pussys and afraid of their own shadows.

Next year or so when they stop printing money, people will be staying home because they can’t afford to leave. Suicides, divorce, alcoholism, starvation, homelessness, etc are going to become our new “pandemic”.

Well, Wolf is doing the same thing to Pennsylvania. Everything you said is frightfully true.

As much as I don’t want any more Californians here, there might be room for a few Pirates in N FL. There is no skiing to be had (unless it’s behind a boat), and the surfing is only good before a hurricane, but I can catch saltwater fish and deer hunt in the same day. :flipoff2:

On the plus side, we have a governor with some balls and I haven’t had a slow day yet despite being in a “luxury” business. Try to wade through the extreme bias of this article... :shaking:

When enough people feel that they have little to nothing to lose is when things are going to happen. Good or bad...shit will hit the fan. Hopefully its directed at those that put us in this situation.

New Mexico's Queen maybe on her way to Washington to work for the Harris adminstration, not sure about the LT governer if he has any economic sense or not. I am going to keep buying all the staple foods I can afford, mom is canning something almost everyday.
With an all electric house our biggest problems will be if they shut the electrical grid down, and we are water dependent on local town. Wells in the area start at 300 feet and go deeper, and sky moisture is next to nonexistent.
Gas prices seem to be stable right now.
Land and house taxes are paid for the next year.
