Cover all sides of porkchops in brown sugar burbon seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 5-6 minutes per side with a bit of oil

Remove from pan

Add 2 tbsp butter a bit of oil 1/4 of a apple chopped into small cubes and some scaillion whites.

Cook for 5-6 minutes until apples and scaillions are golden.

Stir in 2 tbsp chicken stock concentrate, 3/4 cup water, 1tsp sugar. Cook with apples 5-7 minutes until apples are soft and glaze thickens. Last two minutes toss pork chops back.

Top porkchops with apples and glaze.

Super easy and quick.

Quick sides Throw some cubed Yukon gold potatoes and Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet sprinkle some olive oil and salt and pepper on them bake at 425 for 20-25 mins.

Excellent meal that can be made in less than 40 mins
