I am looking at buying a 110v powered bead roller. I’m interested in some thing that I can take out of the box plug it into the wall and start rolling in the 24 inch size. Which roller would you recommend that has durability and a wide variety of dies?

Thank you😎

I've got the Baileigh 16Ga 24" machine and its decent. The adjustment handle is a little bit funky and flimsey but it will use the Mitler Bros dies. I got it for a steal though, otherwise would say the MB one would be the way to go for quality, but you will pay for it also.

ok thank you both. I will research them some more. I had kinda narrowed it down to these two.

I have the baileigh 36" bead roller and I hate it. It does an ok job, but the jaws spread when doing 18 and 20ga steel, the gears have fallen off the drive shafts three times in the 15 or so times I've used it. I've had to disassemble the the motor twice. Buy a Mittler brothers and save yourself the headache. I've never needed 36" capacity either and I've rolled some big panels.

I also agree on not needing lots of depth. I have wished I had a deeper throat on the bead roller probably 3 or 4 times ever. BUT with flipping the dies over I was able to complete the projects no problem.

Mittler Bros. Spend the extra coin and get one with the industrial motor. They have a ton of dies and also sell Lazzes' dies.
