I was pretty surprised at how good this came out.
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix
2 cans of water
2 1/2 lbs Stew Meat or Cubed Steak. For what they want for Stew Meat you mise well get a Roast
12 oz Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
1 Cup Sour Cream

Mix ingredients in a pan,
Simmer over low heat for 3 1/2 hours
About 1/2 hour before it is done put in cooked and drained noodles into the meat mixture.
Add Sour Cream 1/2 hour before it is done.

Pretty much the same way I make it. I'll use whatever beef I have on hand for it as well even good old hamburger which turned out surprisingly good served over mashed potatoes and even over biscuits.
