He sold tracers and armor piercing rounds to the Las Vegas gunman. i guess those rounds are illegal in Arizona

And all this time later, this is all the investigation has found?

What the fuck is there to investigate? Dude pulled a nutty and shot up a music festival then offed himself. Sounds open and shut to me.

Sending the ammo manufacturer to prison was just a "feel good" move on their part. It didn't solve anything and is certainly not bringing anybody back. More of our tax dollars hard at work....

It's all they'll tell you about..
You'll never hear the rest of the story.

Was it the chemtrails that made him part of the conspiracy to send us all to bilderberg-fema camps?

.

that's the narrative... but some of the evidence didn't support that. Then the investigation just "went away."

They can't go after the gunman, so they have to have a whipping boy to quiet the howling mob

no.

he was manufacturing without a license.

which is bullshit anyway, but that's what the charges were. not that armor piercing ammunition is illegal.
bullshit foxnews reporting is bullshit.

^this

You have to have license to manufacture and sell ammo. Nothing more to the story than someone got caught making and selling ammo without a license.

The story is wipe your fingerprints off of the brass when reloading.

Maybe that Ellen lady will have him on her show.

Yup. He's getting scapegoated big time. Dude could have bought any of that ammo via www or any number of LGS's, this prosecution is a total waste of time and money.

aaahhhh... licensing. The act of the government seizing your rights and renting them back to you... conditionally.

Gee, imagine that, someone caught breaking the law and goes to jail for it. No sympathy coming from me for that. Love all the bullshit excuses as to why he shouldn't be punished.

Nobody is saying he shouldn't be punished, but bringing up the LV shooting like he played a part in it is fawkin dumb. The bullets the nut job used were 100% legal to purchase from anywhere. If a Winchester employees finger print was on it do you think they would have bothered to look into it any furthur?

What do other people that get caught selling bullets without a FFL get for punishments and fines? If they are similar to his, im fine with that, if not, well then I have a problem.

Bullshit. Lots of posts here claiming he's being "scapegoated" and similar. Try reading the posts. #17's a great example.

Well our Lemmitarian thinks the government should do that, and anyone that doesn't should go to jail. Ammunition is how progressives are attacking the 2A, it's much easier to go after the ammo, and in this case ammo mfg. I know a guy that knows this guy, and I think he had the correct license but let it lapse or something like that, I'll find out.

Yes he did have a license previously, but not at the time of the sale. They'll probably give him house arrest so he doesn't have to go to the Covid pen, but we'll see.

Is his sentence consistent with what others have gotten for the same crime?

I don't know what a typical sentence for that violation is, but jail time seems excessive to me. I would think a fine and maybe being blackballed from FFL would be more appropriate. I don't believe the ammo he sold was used to kill people, but rather what he shot at the fuel tanks at the airport, (none pierced any tanks).

Never said anything about conspiracy, this info is all you'll get about the investigation. It just plain ass won't come out. Ya dumb or somethin?:flipoff2:

Of course it wont come out. Most likely scenario is the guy was being watched by a certain govt agency and he still managed to kill a shitload of people without them stopping him.
Other possibilities are that he was selling guns to someone he sbouldnt have and they went all terroristy, again while being watched by a certain govt agency who again failed to stop it.

If you're talking about the shooter, he didn't throw up any red flags AFIK. He had a bunch of AR pattern rifles, so what, so do many of my friends. Same with the ammo, no big deal to purchase AP or tracers. And as far as the casino was concerned he was a rated player that wanted two suites, again no big deal why would anyone question that, I think most folks just thought he wanted a view of the concert from his room. Some of the forensic evidence got fucked up as far as his house in Mesquite was concerned, but the actual act was pretty straight forward, he sprayed bullets into a crowd, shot through a door hitting a hotel employee, and then did himself before SWAT breached the door.

As far as motive, he was crazy.
