We were just thinking of somewhere away from most things and people we might could spend a couple months a year at. Probably end up being more than that in a few years. Thought that area of Utah would get us much closer to some good trails as well.

WTF? Why that area? There is really nothing in the quadrant of Utah. But in my mind that would be fucking great! I myself have never been to that area; but that is because I am so fucking busy in my own back yard. Damm, I just love my yard!

Yes I know. Exactly the reason I am looking there. I had a 80ac of property a couple years back and moved. I have a 5ac yard now. In Alabama, to me, that is not nearly enough. So I wanted to be a little more away from things.

In all seriousness, if that’s what you are looking for. Wyoming would probably be a better fit. Northwest Utah doesn’t have any more to offer and Wyoming is closer to you. Drive across I80 and you will see vast miles of nothingness! You could probably buy land cheaper there too.

if you are looking in that area, why not cross the state line and go towards Elko NV? equally not shit, same portion of the old inland sea/lake and despite the abuse from LV and Reno growth, everything is cheaper and better in NV than UT
