Found these today in a drawer. They been in there for at least 2 years. They may be hard as a rock. I don't know. All sealed up like new. Should get the job done though and strengthen your jaw muscles for your boyfriend's pleasure too! :flipoff2:

Anyone wants em, PM me shipping info. I'll get em out ASAP to ya on my dime. Kick those cancer sticks!! Looks like 200 pieces of gum total

First come and all that. I know what I got!

Smoked my “last cigarette” a Saturday night ago. I lasted till 3 PM on the Sunday after Saturday.

I get so fixated on that stupid shit I can’t tear myself away.

transitioning away from the act of smoking was a big deal, still being able to enjoy the day was important as well. easier to step down to diet coke eventually this way.

just a thought :rasta:

Definitely a mind over matter event.

You have to actually want to do it. Knowing you should isn't nearly enough.

I went to zyn pouches to keep from wanting to murder everything within sight. I couldn't go 2 days without wanting to murder everything except my dog.

Did those for a few months and then stopped them.

But, I had quit 3x previously and always got started again because the wife started again. This time I told the wife if she could quit for a year I'd commit, and I did it.

Yep,
cup of coffee = cigarette
Finish a meal = cigarette
go for a drive = cigarette
Few fingers of liquor = a few cigarettes
jerk off = cigarette

few days ago, I drove four hours straight without smoking a cigarette or taking a piss. Had a Destination and all.

I just hate the idea of being “in recovery” for the rest of my life. I don’t wanna be an ex smoker I just want to be, you know? I’ll figure it out but it’ll bother me until I do and that’s the way.

I’m tempted to try Zyban but it’s just re-badged Wellbutrin and I’m not too keen on those brain drugs.

I'm gonna try to quit chewing/smoking this upcoming year. I wanna have a kid with my wife and she says she won't entertain the idea until I do

After a few months it's a non-issue.

Most people can't stand the smell after quitting for a few weeks and it gets way easier.

Hypnosis is also effective. It's quite simply telling your subconscious to not want it, and it works 99% of the time.

Shit, you do make a ton of money. I quit when it was $5/pack. $15/pack of Camels is absolutely nuts.

I thought everyone in Cali quit years ago when they hit $10 there. :barf:

it's been several months now of dipping. toss in a dip and leave it for an hour or two. It's enough that I can't hardly make it through a single cigarette without feeling like it taste bad, smells bad and feels bad.

I guess eventually I'll deal with the mouth tobacco, but it's a long way off. significantly cheaper and healthier while still keeping the no-tobacco feel-bads away.

Smoking will be easier than chewing. I smoke maybe 3 cigarettes a day. But I chew all day long. The only time I don't chew is when I'm sleeping. What makes it really hard is I don't pay for my tobacco products. So the cost has no effect on me

i was sooo upset when they jumped to $4 a pack that I quit. for a couple years. came back to $8/pack

lot's of people at work have gone from chew to pouches to those nicotine and flavor only pouches. Reminds me of vaping for the smokeless arena

seems to be pretty low injury though, with easier to control the levels of nicotine to play around with as well.

That was what I was thinking about doing. Start off with the nicotine pouches so I don't end up killing people before I can have said kid

I use General Snus (auto correct to anus made me giggle) and I want to quit, but I like it and keeps people alive around me.

But it's cleaner than smoking or spitting dip, and can keep one in without it even being noticable, but costs keep going up, anywhere from $5.50-8.00 a can

LOL ho lee fuk

Time flies. I wonder if they would still work?

Damn, well now I want to open the gum and see if it's petrified.
The concern is if they increase potency after expiration.

If they lose potency after expiration it's no big deal; it's the increase that's concerning.

Oh yeah, free tobacco would have me all in.

I hear you on it chew. The first time I quit I chewed about 1 can a week for a few months and then got to where I was maybe a can a month.

The second time I ended up at a few cans a day (found Cope straight} and had to start smoking again to quit chewing :homer:

I doubt they increase. Pretty much everything decreases with time because of oxidation.

But there would be that 1 time... :barf:

Yeah, i was 14, I had to sit with a half a can skoal cherry in my mouth for about 30 minutes at the kitchen table with mom. Not allowed to spit and that’s about the last chew tabacco I’ve ever had.

I get a case of 12 of these at a time. It's the size of a pint of ice cream. It comes with an empty can inside to pack and fill yourself. I just throw the can away and pull right from the container. I have one in the work truck, personal truck, and next to my bed. It has about 12 cans worth of chew inside. 1 tub might last me 5 to 6 days. And they're free free free to me

before this year, i was a teenager last time i tried. I've maintained I simply wasn't coordinated enough. Went about 6 hours at work without a smoke, co-worker arrived and only had dip. first time in 20 years I saw long term quitting smoking as an option. Took a couple months to make the switch in my head though

Holy shit

i'm in the week or 2 per can depending, 2 cans a day seems live more work than it is worth. That's just leaving it in until it is way dead though. Can't hardly stand the notion of any more sugar than that and the non-sugar versions just carry along.

Add in 10 to 12 twenty oz red bulls a day and that is my daily diet. Now you can see why my wife is worried ill be dead before the kid even comes out

I know I’ve typed it before, but here goes…

I started smoking in basic training. Not a heavy smoker, maybe a pack in a 24 hour period. (Plus moochers taking some).

I tried quitting several times to no avail. Fast forward to October 2001. I have a three year old, and a newborn. I NEVER smoked around the kids or Mrs. One day after a ”well baby check” for the youngest I go out in the rain for a smoke. The oldest kid follows me out into the rain and asks… “Can you stop those so you don’t die??”

I went the next day and bought a box of the lowest dosage patches I could find. I think I used half of the box and I was done. The physical addiction part was easy to overcome compared to the psychological part my kid hit with a shotgun.

When your voices in your head say it’s time to stop, you will quit. Been there, good luck 👍🏻

Dude, you’re not 20

Provinance
The dip thing though, newish coworker dips, fig a Can a day, fucking stinks cause he just has to talk so close to people! Fucking spit bottles, fuck no. I know cigarettes stink, but I can’t smell em :flipoff2:

I say this, as I got my hand out the window with a cigarette in it knowing that some smoke is coming inside and I’m gonna hear about it.

Yeah I'm aware....but it wouldn't be a good idea then either
