Annoying Outlook Issue

This is driving me nuts and I haven't been able to track down the issue. Running Microsoft Outlook for work email and when I move a email out of my inbox to a folder it automatically opens and takes me to that folder. I'm not holding the email over the folder just dragging and dropping. It started about 2 weeks ago and is hit and miss when it will do it. Somedays doesn't do it for anything I move, other days it's every other email.

Anyone know what would cause this? Besides being a stupid Microsoft product. User error or setting somewhere?
 
It may be the setting in Options - Mail
"After Moving or deleing an open item"
Mine is set to "Return to the current folder" and works.
 
checked that and mine's set the same. I just moved 2 emails and it worked as normal and the 3rd one opened the folder. Doesn't seem to matter if it's read or not.
