So, just getting around to watching the trump national 4th o july speech.

overall, not entirely disagreeable

he did announce the establishment of an American Monument Garden and that it will be open to suggestions for people to add. What do we have to do to get Samuel Colt and/or John Browning added to the list?

Never going to work.

Doesn’t matter whose monument is there, there’s going to be some group that is “outraged” and will demand the monument be removed. Might not be right away, but then the Lincoln statue (that was commissioned by the freed slaves) is now “unacceptable” because times have changed.
