MN A440F and Split Case from FJ62

Pulled from a wrecker in CA about a decade ago, this was going to be installed in an 88 FJ62, but we're doing a manual swap instead. Complete with actuator, shift lever, and kick-down cable. Does NOT include torque converter (why would you want to reuse that, anyway?).
