When I am on never-ending zoom calls for the office I distract myself with various cooking channels. These are my go-tos and I have followed several recipes from each with smashing results:

BBQ Pit Boys: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjrL1ugI6xGqQ7VEyV6aRAg
These guys would fit right in here...

Sam the Cooking Guy: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbRj3Tcy1Zoz3rcf83nW5kw
The Beefy Birria tacos might get you laid

How too BBQ Right: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC--MxpGXJ3LVD8KvlNzRlcA
Sides of angioplasty might be required with some of his meals

And this is my New Year's Day meal about ready to slide into the oven. This took about four hours of prep. The eggs alone were a headache....

Except for the last, I enjoy the first three channels for the production content alone - good work all around.

Fuck, I need an outdoor commercial kitchen!

Enjoy.
