Illinois assault weapon ban struck down.
From everything I can see it only applies to the Illinois law right now, but it can be used as a precedent in other lawsuits. What’s this mean for the rest of us? The magazine ban in NJ is killing me.
So far Illinois hasn't appealed, the ruling only came down today. IMO Illinois will appeal soon.Have they appealed?
Hopefully it goes to the Supreme Court and gets struck down as a precedent for all states.
Not that Wyoming would ever even think about any sort of awb.

Wr should buy a banned gun asap just in case the free grazer gets his way30 days for appeals before pricksters bs gets rolled back. If an appeal goes the other way, then it goes to the supreme court. Illinois gave prickster the finger and almost nothing was registered by rule of the new law. this ruling would let us buy everything fun again just in time for Christmas.
The big reason for that is the free grazer signed a law that any case challenging constitutional rights has to be heard in Springfield or Chicago. I'm over 3 hours away from Springfield, and it's closer than ShitcagoContact firearms policy coalition and see if they have a current lawsuit. They've said most of the problem is having people in those states willing to go to court for having their rights trampled.
