CA 99 Wrangler 2.5L $3000 OBO

I am testing the waters and finally trying to sell my original Jeep that I have had for over 20 years. Here are some specs:
99 TJ
2.5 Liter 4 Cyl 5 speed.
Hard Top
3.5 in Rubicon Express lift
1 In Body Lift
33 in tires.
Warn M8000 Winch
Rear Smittybilt bumper w/ Swing Away Tire Carrier
Factory Transfer Case w/ Slip Yoke Eliminator and Tom Woods Driveline
Factory Dana 30/35 axles, 4.88 Gears and ARB Locker in the front
Lots of extras, too much to list individually

The Fine Print...
Runs but runs rough. Been non-opped for the past 5 years. Parked it when the oil pump went. Replaced it, but throwing a misfire code ever since and runs accordingly. Won't pass smog as it is because the (Edit: not muffler) Catalytic converter I installed is no longer CARB approved (had a temporary EO number, but since I never smogged it when it was temporary It is no longer "legal"). No AC, but typical Jeep heater works fantastic.

Has great bones, been through the Rubicon many times (at least 10 trips) and Fordyce twice. Amazing starter wheeler, or throw a little money in it and have a great Jeep.

Oh and iim actually slightly interested but smog is an issue obviously being in/from ca. The muffler story just throws me off
 
I dont really need it and actually want a 4cyl yj but if you want an insultingly low offer from someone who wont flake hit me up

I've always done the "family transfer" to get around having to smog it, but I've never done it on a non-op vehicle. Should be worth looking into.
 
Since it has been non-oped we can do a transfer only in the state of CA. So the smog issue will only arise when going to register it

Must . . . look . . . away. . . This would be perfect for my 2.0 TDI.
 
Can’t believe it’s still for sale. I so wanted to go pick it up Sat., but need new boats first and if my rig is sitting I don’t need another vehicle to not get finished.

Let me know. I have several interested parties. But I'm cleaning up my yard so I get it. No new toys until I get rid of this and my rc truck
