94 Inspection cover??

Trying to help my kid with his 94 4 runner and it appears that in buying and selling parts he's misplaced the the lower cover that cover the clutch to bell housing. Any idea on what this part is actually called so I can try and find one and get this thing out of my garage?

Looks like its called a "cover, flywheel housing under" and of course it's no longer made and not having much luck finding just that parts used.

If its the inspection cover he should be able to drive it right?

its there to keep mud out, he will be fine to drive it as long as he isnt mud bogging

I dont think I ever put one back on.

He's 18 and it rains over half the year here so everything is muddy except for a couple months.
