92-96 Brake Strut Spring End Piece

I haven't been able to figure out the name of this piece. One side of my 93 has it and the other doesn't. The side without it had a pretty twisted, smashed spring as you'd expect.

What's this called, so I can find another?

½ ¾ ¹ ton? Does it possibly come in a brake hardware kit?

1/2 ton. The pics were taken on the Oreilly counter. The white box in the background is actually their Deluxe Brake Hardware kit. I left empty handed.
