8.1/Allison Newb - what do I need to Know

Greetings fawkers, picked up an 06 3500 CC 4wd at an auction with 98k on it. I know the mileage is gonna suck but what else do I need to look out for on this rig? Not too familiar with the 99-07 gm trucks so lay it on me.

pump rub in the transfercase if that's still a thing in that year.

fuel pump maybe.
burns oil.

my buddy had the torque converter fail in his 3/4 burban 8.1. I don't think it's common.

the front end needs new parts always.

if that one has the abs unit underneath on the drivers side, clean and protect the grounds under the driver's rocker.
shit grounds kills the abs units.
