6x45 for AR

Been toying with the idea of a 6arc or 6.5g, but remembered the 6x45...now I know its not in the same league as the 1st two, but would be a step up from .223 and minimal outlay as I could use existing mags/cases/powder that I have now.
Essentially set of dies, barrel and some 6mm pills and I'm there.
Anyone running it and have some feedback?

I messed with a similar cartidge - 6mm Mongoose Products | MDWS

It worked really well. Even my fireforming loads were impressively accurate. If I hadn't decided to get out of reloading completely I would still have it.
