With the new v6 thread I want info on this transmission. The LFX motor is the new cheap 300 hp motor for Miata and others. I want to figure out the transfer case options. I can’t find the pattern or the spline count or angle. I’ve found non drilled adapters for retros. Also talk on the inter webs that the smaller 6l50 will hold hot rod power without a bunch of tunnel mods 400+ hp. I’m not sold but it would be nice to document what we know. I’d like to stuff one in a 90 Toyota pickup it’s 2wd but would like it to eventually be a crawler. Thanks for your input.
