Mods, please move if this needs to go to Gen4x4 or something...
Looking at swapping my springs out for a set of very low mile 64" out of a newer Chevy 2500. I have the DIY4x brackets, but am wondering: For anyone who has done the swap, if I run the brackets using the rear hole from the stock brackets for the front of the new bracket, can I just bump the front stock mount forward 4" or so and have the wheel fairly centered? It is going on a 91 Suburban with a 14b at the same time. Mostly a light trails/camping/hunting/fishing rig. Thanks.
