Looking damn good man:smokin:

Thanks!

It feels good to pull these parts together that have sat separately for so long...I'm loving the contrast between paint and Powdercoating.

My son is taking everything to LED lights...I think the fronts will grow on me?

I am digging the glass lens cab lights we refurbished though...there was a moment we thought about updating...glad we didn't.

This thing is amazing. I love watching the updates. Those cab lights did turn out great.

Looks great man! I like those cab lights on it or maybe the old school rocket looking ones since they only look right on the old rounded trucks. I cant decide what to use on my 63 GMC, modern or old school (all will be LED also)

Looking great. Following your progress and I have to say that you guys have skills and patience.

Thanks y'all, we appreciate the kind remarks!

We fired the engine this week, just for 30 seconds or so...found a few issues with leaking lines and some cracked fittings. All in all, very minor probs that were quickly remedied...no major issues that would hold us from setting the cab on the chassis.

We sourced some billet handles from LS-Fab out of Canada...really like the fit and finish of those.

We fit the visor to the cab...that was one of the pieces that we were anxious to see back on the cab...I'm digging it!

Still cut and buffing on the hood...couple more hours on that and it goes on the cab before fitting everything onto the chassis.

We finished the hood up and we spent most of the afternoon getting it fit right. A few shims here and there and a bit of tweaking on the hinges finally got it lined up.

We really like the hinges, light touch up and down, it'll hold any position we leave it at, and it opens up pretty high.

I have read the whole thread so if I missed it sorry, but why three master cylinders? Brakes, clutch, ??[/QUOTE

One master for clutch, the other 2 brake masters share one pedal and split the front and rear bias with the balance bar adjustment between the pedals. 3/4" bore on the clutch master, 7/8" bore on the front brake master, and 1" bore on the rear master.

Mother of God... I think the whole is going to be even better than the sum of the parts, and that is really saying something!!

Nice job tucking the winch up in the frame and using the factory (?) bumper over the top. Clutch lever on the bottom..

Thanks! Stock front bumper flipped upside down and contoured back into the body...and these inexpensive little winches easily tuck up in between the frame rails upside down.
