Way out West.
I mean seriously how do you get kilt by a storm that you've been warned about for near a weak? Floriduhman is ded, and some of his homies too.

Hurricane Helene ravages the Southeast, killing dozens and leaving millions without power

Hurricane Helene killed at least 42 people and left millions without power across the Southeast before weakening on its way north Friday morning, officials said.

Widespread damage was expected in Florida’s Big Bend region, where Helene made landfall as a Category 4 shortly after 11 p.m. ET on Thursday. It was the strongest storm to ever strike the area, which connects Florida’s panhandle and peninsula.

On Friday morning, Floridians woke up to extensive damage from the devastating flooding, high-speed winds and heavy rain.

so... numbers could triple depends on who is counting....

You need to check a map and see how far some of this flooding is from the coast. I don’t know where most of the casualties happened but I’d bet most are farther inland than you’d think. The mountains stopped this storm over the NC/TN state line and just fawked up everything underneath it.

Here’s a flooded hospital full of rocket surgeons in TN that had to be evacuated by helicopter for a demo:

ClemsonCrawler lives in Port Charlotte and I’ve been talking to him. 2 years ago they evacuated up north and their house got heavy wind damage but the water didn’t come up to the house. So they stayed home this time and no wind damage but the water level came up inside the house.

There's a lot more people out there with just slightly over the cut off for retarded IQs than you'd think. You've also got people who just aren't capable of moving, especially in Florida. You've got a ton of elderly people down there who retire to trailer parks and shit who don't have anyone left to come get them out of there.

You'd think there we would be a plan to evacuate, it's not like this is the first time a Cat storm has hit that area. Those that choose to stay behind get what they get.

Paradise CA is no more and was no joke.
And yet, down the same street, houses that were maintained and reasonably clear held up and shit that didn't get maintained didn't hold up 🤷

Let's live in the forest and cry about fire gets as much sympathy as let's live in Florida and cry about water. It's the same shit :flipoff2:

Anybody impacted by fire would say "no way! Fire is wild an unpredictable! Everything else is easy" just the same as the water, earth, air or whatever elements you believe in people would say about their thing.

So I'll make jokes about paradise and Florida all the same.

I’ve been through about a dozen Cat storms and never had a problem. One of them was a direct hit of a Cat-5. Those storms usually kick off a few tornados. Those are the only things I’m really scared of. But it is like winning the lottery to get hit with one. Yes, someone wins the lottery every week, but it never seems to be me. I’m not going to worry about it.

Your chances of dieing in a storm, fire or earthquake are like winning the lottery also. You are much more likely to die in a car crash. Have you stoped driving?

You’d think since every currency that went off the gold standard failed, people would have a plan. Do you have a plan for that?

Ive been driving since I was 11, and have been in zero accidents, so my plan must be working. I have good car control skills, and always look for an exit plan, don't stay on people's blind spot, leave reasonable distance for stopping, you know, the shit every driver should be doing, but isn't.

I have no control over the central banking Cabal, and neither do you.

Next.

They learned from the Paradise and Santa Rosa fires that the roof/attic vents were the cause of a lot of the resedential burn losses. The code was changed inCA at least as a result. Not as cosmic or random as posted above

Not all people have the means or options you think they do.
Some folks have nothing better than to hunker down and ride it out and hope for the best.
No need to shit on them when their dice come up craps.
Take that attitude to the 3rd world retards in the DRT thread.

I get it, people die every day I've been through earthquakes, (although no damage to me locally), evacuated from a wildfire (although NOTHING like Paradise or Santa Rosa), lost half a house to flooding on Garden Highway, survived a few Cat storms in Baja, but I'm just saying that maybe there should be better planning by local govs for these recurring events. I'm still here maybe by blind luck, and maybe by my wits or some combination. It would be nice if our tax monies actually went to something beneficial to the public at large. Maybe someone is too stupid or infirm to take care of yourself, but isn't that part of what the Nat Guard is for?

Living in FL is not like being in So Gaza where you literally have no place to go. I'm not pro H or H, as the citizens have been placed in harms way by H and H, I'm just referencing your simplistic solution to not being kilt by the IDF. There should be better planning on these risk prone areas.

When the last big Hurricane came through Huston, my former company had zero damage other than some standing water in the loading dock that was quickly evacuated because that location and building was chasen with heavy rain and winds in mind. Still couldn't get product out of that warehouse for a bit due to fucked up roads, but since we had other locations it was a minimal disruption. Planning.

I was surprised to see places like Asheville, NC get so flooded. Anyone not right near the coast was probably not expecting what’s happening. Too many times the weather reporters way over exaggerate like most media. So if 9 times out of 10 their sky is falling predictions turn into a nothing burger, of course you get caught with your pants down that ONE time.

Wtf are you babbling about? Life is fucking ruff and everything can damn near kill a walking bag of shit and water. Just because your dice hasn't landed on snake eyes yet doesn't mean you're somehow magically better or that it won't. In fact someone that hasn't suffered the roll of the dice really has no frame of reference to even form an opinion about stuff like this.
Fucking retarded:flipoff2:
