I need some tech help Dodge guys. 2003 Ram 2500 with 48RE. 86k miles.

I am fighting a dead throttle pedal.
Backstory: OEM APPS sensor flaked on me a couple of times 3 years ago. I replaced it with a china unit from Rockauto.
China unit quit working a couple of weeks ago so I swapped the OEM back in and it drove fine. I ordered a Timbo APPS from Geno's and installed it monday.
Zero response- completely dead pedal so I threw the OEM back in and still have a dead pedal.

I followed all of the Geno's instructions, set voltage/calibrated etc. I have cleaned all grounds. I have checked apps to ecm harness and it hall has good continuity on my meter.
Unhooked Alternator and tried again since i read an old alt can put out enough AC noise to jack with the APPS.

Only codes that were thrown were APPS related. Cleared those and no new ones pop up. Truck starts right up and idles fine. I can run live data on my scanner and the TPS % cycles properly when i depress the pedal.

I have called Genos tech and they are having phone issues.

Any ideas? Any way to check the ECM?

Probably just a shitty apps. I have been through 6 of them in my truck but mune is a 6sp with 400k miles.
