Anyone here got a 37mm launcher that can take some measurements for me? I want to try and build one but am finding numbers for bore diameter that are all over the place

37MM = 1.457"

But these 37MM Black Powder Casing – ReloadableShells.com say they are 1.525" which is around 38.75mm. Since its not SAAMI I can't find a print

What I need:
Chamber end bore size (ID)
Does it neck down - if so what is the muzzle ID
If you have a way to measure what rim thickness is it made for?

If I have to I will order a pile of random shells but I would rather not and many options are sold out.

You mean like this one? I'll try to get some measurements in the next day or so. Also have a few fireworks shells I'll measure as well.

Well, I found a deal on a cobray, and given the local connection solved this issue.

Still want to try and make a DIY milkor in 37mm, but that's for another day
