is there a site where i can down load a good copy of a 205 service manual. i will even pay.

But when I took one apart and put it back together I just followed a youtube video.

set 82. is that the correct place for the spacer/washer? bottom pic. because i read step 82 putting the spacer/washer in first then bearings on top, but that does not make since to hold up with a pic...

It's been a while since i rebuilt a 205 (using some of the same guides and videos you guys linked), from what I recall the way you did it is correct and makes the most sense. While the wording on that step 82 are a little ambiguous, that last sentence about holding up the washer with a pick while you insert the bearings seems to align with what you did as well.

Those bearings are a fawkin nuisance though

ooooo i did not do it that way. that was a pic from nobggrnchvy Goatbuilt Ibex his thread. i did it the wrong way. hence why i am learning the correct way. ahhahahahaah

Ahh haha, yeah good call asking. Washer sandwiches the bearings into place from what I recall
