2024: What is the go to for gas kitchen range and oven?

Interesting.... I am replacing a crap Viking oven. MIght have to take another look at Kitchenaid. I really need a fucking oven to sear a prime-rib; 500 plus degrees is a must! I need a double oven with french-doors on top. I really hate Viking, Wolf and Sub-Zero. They can go fuck themselfs.
All the GE stuff I have owned in the past has been stupid simple rock solid. :homer::homer::homer::homer:

What’s your bad experience with wolf? I just picked one up second hand and so far it’s been great, bonus is parts are actually available and diagrams with part numbers on line.

First electric unit i used they had the burner controls up in the dashboard with the clock.
wtf?

Let's reach over hot boiling stuff to adjust the burners. Who.comrs up with that shit?!

Keeps them out of reach for unsupervised toddlers, until they learn how to climb up on the counter.

OP is gas ranges. Propane specifically. All you sparkies can fuck right off. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

:flipoff2:

My Mom had her kitchen remodeled in her condo, and went all Kitchen Aide. Induction stove shit the bed once in warranty and once out, same with the microwave and I had to fix a leaky ice maker on the fridge. They're not what they used to be.

The GE dishwasher at my house got replaced with Bosch and the microwave with a Panasonic. The gas stove/oven is the last GE appliance from the 2016 install, seems to be fine. Basic functions like timed cooking, but no IOT bullshit

Blue Star. No electronic anything. They have auto igniters but can light with flame if needed. Built in Pennsylvania. Not cheap, but not crap.
