2004 Lance Lite 915 (9’6”) long bed cab over camper. Fully functional refrigerator, heater, AC, range, oven, water heater. Sinks, toilet, water heater all operational. Metal roof with no leaks, queen bed over cab, dinette converts to bed as well as “bunk bed” above dinette. Carpet flooring over original vinyl flooring. Camper has always had the carpet so the vinyl is is great shape. Outdoor shower with teak “shower mat” to keep you out of the dirt. Was purchased with a cold weather package so it includes vinyl covers for the inside of the roof vents. Battery operated jacks with remote control. Tie downs and collapsible step included.
Truck is also for sale, $22,500. More details to follow. Willing to sell together or separately but the camper needs to go first.
