My bump pads are a dumpster fire but they should work. I was very close to cutting the entire front suspension off and redoing it all, but cooler heads prevailed.
Driver's side, holy fawk this took forever to make as it seemed everything was in the way.
Reattached my gas tank mount that was ripping off the frame.
I then took it wheeling and broke 15ft into the first trail of the day, I came down hard on a rock ledge and the front driveshaft went boom, so I drank beer and talked shit in a passenger seat the rest of the day because I didn't have a spare.
Getting it retubed locally so I can make an AOP trip at the end of the month. I bought another used shaft that will get upgraded to .250 wall and this one will be added to my spare parts. Not bad for 17yrs of wheeling on it, this is the first time it broke and it's only stock wall thickness.
Relocating my battery to the bed this week as my front fenders collapsing and I have a ratchet strap helping to hold it in right now.
I drove home from wheeling in a blizzard, and I was kinda worried that a rear auto locker + 2wd + tires I have never driven on in the snow would = crash. No crash, tires barely broke traction in snow 4"+ deep down to wet/icy roads. I did leave them aired down around 15psi for the drive home, don't know if that was a factor or not. The more I use these MT2s the more I love them in any condition I throw at the truck both on and offroad.
