First time post here so go easy on me. I was gifted a '96 Grand Cherokee, Limited w/ 318. it was going to Pick-n-Pull so I thought what the hell. It runs but has several problems. First one is a parasitic battery drain that I've got down to 220 mili amps. That is still probably to much right? So I ordered a battery disconnect just to move on to the other problems. It has a "death wobble" so bad the previous owner didn't feel good about selling it to anyone. I've never had a Jeep before so any suggestions are appreciated.

Front end.

TREs and trackbar mainly. Caster and toe also.

I'm legally elderly, so bear with me, TREs would be tie rod ends?

May as well rebuild the entire front end or you will go crazy trying one piece at a time. RIP Cash...

I think 15mA is acceptable on something like that. Maybe a touch more but not much. Could be something stupid like a light staying on. How did you diag that? I install a meter at the battery and go fuse by fuse to eliminate circuits.

I connected an electrical tester from the neg battery terminal to the disconnected ground cable. it seems to be fuse #7 which is for data link, body control module, auto head lamp sensor, instrument cluster, and power amplifier. I pulled the data link connector relay and auto headlight relay wasn't those.

I would think unplugging those to see what is drawing the power will lead you to where you need to go. But the BCM also wouldn't power down if it thinks something is happening where it should stay on. So be careful with that. Like it a door switch is on.
