I've had plans for an '05+ F-550 front axle swap ever since I swapped in the 10.25 dually rear axle three years ago.

What wheels are you going to run at that point?

Stock brakes: 15.4" rotors
The entire F-550 front axle will be bone stock when swapped.

Just like the DRW axle; bone stock, even still has the drum brakes:

Put the AT-205 in the power steering fluid and engine oil.
Tomorrow morning I'll put the K-Seal in the radiator.

I would like a one-piece PVC center bead lock thingy.

A one piece PVC insert would have been impossible to get in my tires. The two were hard enough. They have a lip on one that snaps into the other, so they don’t move in relation to each other. Of course you know about my problems with them moving in relation to the wheel/tire.

When I lived in Canada, I put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator to help the truck warm up better. It worked great around town, but I forgot to pull it when I got on the highway. Pretty embarrassing to over heat when it’s 30 below out.

Moved the spare tire lower and closer to the Bronco.

How I had it yesterday:

Prepping the rear hitch receiver to accept the HMMWV trailer:

Capacities;
Hitch receiver: 10K
hitch riser: 7.5K
Pintle will be at 30"
HMMWV trailer:

Currently; I can't see loading more than about 500lbs of camping stuff.
As such; I'll be towing approx. 1ton~.

Just ordered a rebuild kit.

I have the gear box from an AGR ram assist kit I put in my '99.5 F-350 when it's sector shaft sheered clean off.
It leaked so AGR sent me another gear box, and I forgot to send the new/leaking one back:

So said rebuild kit is for this gear box (same as Bronco gear box).

To be honest, I put that up for a laugh because I remember it from the movie. But to answer your question, I don't believe it would cause as I find it coincidental.

No, but I’m a naturally suspicious person.

If it leaks I'll put AT-205 in it and see what happens.
Penultimate worse case scenario is I end up rebuilding it.
Worse case scenario is I buy a Redhead gearbox.
