Not looking to go with a tool truck brand, although my Snap-on MG gun lasted over 10 years without a rebuild. Can probably get it rebuilt for $160, but it's heavy and was looking to buy something lighter. Is the IR 2235TiMax the industry standard for professional 1/2" guns? Are there more powerful options without going to 3/4"? The Aircat line is $100 cheaper with similar torque and weight specs, worth trying out for professional use?

Definitely IR.

Just a question of which one.

Local tire shop uses HF 3/4 drive.

That said, they are across the street from HF

Been beating on a 2135Ti for years. It’s 3/8 drive little brother is killer too. $20 vane kit every now and then has been all I’ve ever done to them.
