I drew this to provide a cheap air/vacuum conversion to replace the OE e-locker motors that fail.
The diff must be pulled and the locker fork shaft end turned down and threaded to fit an air cylinder. I may still have the specs around for the shaft mod.
The adapter was designed to fit a square air cylinder. In my case, I modified a paddle switch and ran two lines to the switch and one to engine vacuum. The cylinder did not have enough force to overcome the locker detent, so I removed the detent and drove happily with a working locker for 30k mi without issue.
I'll see if I can get the air cylinder specs later on.
