Some of you may remember my build thread on the OG forum, and I recently found my way here after a long time not posting anything. I figured I’d post some updates.

I finally figured out the strong box Wilson talked me into buying years ago 😂😂 after 5 attempts it’s finally been doing good for a few years. Issues ranged from the wrong size spacer on the input, to at one point the entire wrong front half of the case lol.

A few of the bigger changes were ditching the true dual exhaust, and changed to a y-pipe and single one chamber flow master.

I had a re-occurring issue cracking my aluminum fuel tanks, and ended up cutting the back of the chassis off, and installing a 36 gallon Jazz cell (yes, 32 gallons, it’s been nick named the Exxon valdese)

I got tired of the **** ratchet shifter and finally swapped in an Art-Carr shifter.

I have broken several TH350s, and ended up re-doing my case mount to a horse collar mount from Behemoth, and a front output hanger mount.

Other than that I’ve made a few other small changes, put on the red party steering wheel 🤣, put a Bomber fab alternator and bracket on it, and just wheeled the absolute piss out of it, even bent an Artech front 60 truss and broke an oil pan like a coots light can 😂😂

Wilson me too, I could have sworn it was you pointing me to the behemoth box back in the day?

Cool. So what broke the tranny?

Probably a combination of 2 things.

1st, I did not have the horse collar mount originally, and the weight of the 205 and doubler hanging with just a pto cover mount was not enough support.

2nd, what Eric said, I may have a habit of getting a bit tipsy and fully throwing my whole ass ****ing purse at things…

One of the trans broke when I ripped the tube holing my pillow block mount, and the front shaft bound and pulled the transmission sideways. That one broke the bell housing tho, not the tail shaft

So… maybe we should probably describe to everyone what for “us” is a “bit tipsy” before we move on?
I usually call myself tipsy when I begin to lose basic motor skill. 🤷🏻‍♂️🖕
