So switching to Dana 60 hubs brand new Yukon's. Holes measure out at .620

Old hubs measure .610 stud hole. (drilled out dually hubs)

Old studs that I was running in my dually converted to srw hubs were 194's. They are a hair too loose. Knurl is only .620. Maybe Knurl is peaned down due to being in my other hubs.

What's everyone using?

For now I just hammered a center punch all the way round them.

Just to update this!

The 610-189's will be perfect.

They measure .625-.630 on the knurl splines.

Should press into the hubs perfect.

These are 3". Better than chopping down the 194's.

I ended up using Dorman 610-383 in my gm hubs. 9/16 to match my rear axle and long enough for AL wheels.

So if I have these lug nuts can I switch to the 9/16 one but using a different stud. Or do I need to stay 5/8 stud. Love to have matching lug nuts from to back

You should be able to drop down to the 9/16 stud as long as you have acorn (conical) stlye lug nuts and the 9/16 nuts match your wheels. I assume if you have 9/16 in the back it shouldn't be a problem.

Just get studs that match the knurl diameter of your hub mount holes plus 2-10 thou.

So my knurled section needs to be this long plus thickness of rotor. And this diameter plus a few

It knurl length doesn't have to be that long only needs to be long enough to press in an hold the rotor on.

This might work for you.
