Next time you are at the farm store or a steel supply get a tight mesh steel fence panel or sheet and cut it so it is about 1 ft larger on all sides than your coop. Set the panel on ground and center the coop on it, the grass will still grow up through for the birds but it will stop things from being able to tunnel in. They usually go right against the "fence" of coop and try t dig down, if they hit the mesh there they might back up just a tiny bit and try again but usually never try from further away. If they just happen to pop up under the coop you are protected there too. Obviously if you get plain steel I would paint it for corrosion resistance.
